My online moniker is Ulysses. I chose this because I like to think strategically and tactically when playing games and I grew up being read the Iliad by my father. I’ve played a ton of miniature wargames. I am probably best known for winning Season 5 of the Marvel Crisis Protocol (MCP) League with Black Order and co-authoring a guide to Black Order entitled “Oh Snap: The Thanos Thesis.” I am also known for winning one of the first large TTS tournaments and placing highly at in-person conventions playing Vader, Jedi Hunter in Star Wars: Shatterpoint. I’m notorious for fixating on trying to make what I like work at the highest competitive levels. I enjoy writing articles about my thoughts and experiences, both as a means of learning from them and to help others enjoy miniature wargames more.
